1. General

1.1 Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC ("we," "us," "our") are responsible for constructing and packaging all items listed as Wild Woodworker products on this website. 1.2 By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products

2.1 All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, grain, and finish. 2.2 Customization options are available for certain products, and we strive to meet your specifications as closely as possible.

3. Orders

3.1 Orders are processed in the order they are received. 3.2 Custom orders may require additional processing time. 3.3 All sales are final once customization work has begun.

4. Shipping

4.1 Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC are not responsible for the shipping services' handling of our products. 4.2 We provide tracking information once an item has shipped. 4.3 Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

5. Insurance

5.1 Insurance is provided for all items valued over $100. 5.2 To utilize insurance for a damaged product, the buyer must: a. Take and send images of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. b. Contact Wild Woodworker within 24 hours of delivery. 5.3 If insurance covers the damage, a replacement will be made and shipped as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged and insurance claims are fulfilled. 6.2 For non-custom products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 6.3 Returns are accepted if items are not made to the specified dimensions or material specifications, excluding any natural variations inherent in wood. 6.4 To initiate a return under section 6.3, the buyer must: a. Provide evidence of the discrepancy in dimensions or materials within 14 days of delivery. b. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition. 6.5 Upon verification of the discrepancy, a replacement or refund will be processed.

7. Liability

7.1 Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. 7.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy

8.1 We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

9. Intellectual Property
