These craft wheels come in all sizes, with a convenient list of size options but you can also request a custom size to be made.  They are perfectly smooth on one side and paint extremely well on the smooth side.  Made from Multidirectional hardboard (1/8 inch thick), they are stronger than wooden wheels of the same dimensions.
